really super glad that my dad willing to send me and bby off to airport despite waking up so early at 4AM just to send us off! reason why: I love my dad! feeling guilty cos i got him nothing from bkk...
super excited us, woke up and prepare and head to the airport, *pull my pink luggage around* hehe
light breakfast before our flight | boarding pass :-)
pretty clouds. and lucky us, beside us was a empty seats. 2hrs later..........
REACH. around 10am+
1.) collect our luggage
2.) buy sim card at the airport (199baht for 7 days unlimited data)
3.) Cab to our hotel.
we reach the airport, get our sim card done and off to take a taxi to our hotel. so yes we got cheated I think? cuz it's our virgin trip so we don't really know what's the price from airport to the hotel I booked. so yes it was 450 baht. but at the point of time, we were thinking, we just wanna reach hotel safely. so yes, and the taxi man played annoying video music of girls in bikini dancing and singing(more like shouting) for the 20 mins of rides. annoying much.
and finally we reach our hotel, budacco hotel. but we can only check in after 2pm so we left our luggage there and we went out for shopping! :) Its our first day quite noob, we both follow map and walk around and the worst thing is we walked one big round to platinum mall.
our first stop: A&W (damn happy when the taxi pass by then told boy "eh, a&w here!!")
after that we went platinum for shopping. it was like a paradise. with lots of zone, lots of shop. it's like a maze in it. we literally got lost. no pictures ........... cuz too busy. but I got nothing much for the first day. but my boy got lots of t-ees that sells at fresh box 2 for 40$, there is effing cheap and many design. so glad my boy find something to shop. he like walk in A shop. buy > go. another shop B, walk in. buy > go that type. and I stopped him, saying if you continue like this, we're going to be broke very soon. and he stopped. hahahahaha

We tried to walk till MBK but failed!! And A tuktuk guy offer us a ride. Anyway do be careful when the driver offer you an impossible low rates. They claim that they will be you to some jewellery shops etc to get coupon/tickets for them. Try not to take the tuk tuk :)

kinda scary, he drove v fast, like we gonna fall anytime. but it's a nice experience.... it's a must to try for at least one time when you are at bkk! it's expensive, don't take too often..... unless you're rich.
mbk very big too, all the shopping mall got zones, zone 1, zone 2, zone 3.. headache lololol

and i love this corner the most, the hotel very cosy and nice. there are more different color of room. depends your luck.. hehehe anw it's Budacco Hotel. Search on agoda.com they are awesome. and you just have to walk maybe 10 mins to platinum mall and they are super near to Pratunam.
so boy and I rested for awhile... then we went out for streets food + night market. basically we just anyhow walk.

Awake at 0830 am (!!!) Prepare and off to breakfast!
looks yummy right but it taste ok only... ha.ha.ha. head back to the room and nua for a lil while. and we head out around 11am. platinum again!! (we still walk the long route)
SHOPPING TIME help boy to hold while he is trying out his formal shirt... regret not bringing my sis "luggage bag" around. It's super heavy to walk around, wonder how we continue the day

got the black polka dot at first then realized after we put our things then no more space to fit in more loots so we went change to another one ~. ~ totally recommend you guys to get it cuz it's rlly convenient and you can just dump everything inside. inside of those tote bag.

coke float and spinach pie. fucking awesome I tell you $*#(*@(#)@(( about $1.20 SGD. but it was so so good and tasty!!!!! must try at bangkok! but only available at big C. else where, it's ham&egg pie which taste so so only, best pie ever spinach pie.
pretty things i saw in the supermarket. sadly i had a bad bad headache, so we head back to the hotel. I even bought my favourite fish for 30 baht from the market to go back hotel and eat but... my headache is killing me badly. so I fall asleep that day super early like 8 pm..... and my poor boy have to suffer with me and eat such a dinner.

every day, we woke up at 0830 am (singapore timing 0930am)
we will prepare and head down to the lobby for breakfast!

head back to the hotel to nua for awhile till 11am(singapore 12noon) then we leave the hotel (yes we did that everyday too)
smart us, finally walk the shortest way to platinum mall. hehe same old thing. but we got what we want shoes and bags, yay!!!!!!

we went the new shopping mall, terminal 21..... but nothing much there to shop. But the shopping mall has nice design like you can feel that you are at airport. The prices there kinda atas?

@ the airport. we left about few hundred baht to makan. and the airport food is super expensive. regret not eating at platinum. so no choice both of us really hungry this shitty food. worst food ever. tom yam taste like laksa. the price is x2 of platinum's food!
Have fun during the trip with boy. Carefree day. Just the both of us traveling around. Using map going around. This is our virgin trip together. I'm so glad. Shopping, eating like nobody's business. I miss the life there. I would go back soon. And more overseas trip to come ;)
